Mileage and appointment terms. Each mobile fee includes up to 10 one-way driving miles from 1430 Julie St, Seagoville, TX 75159, measured along the driving route to your appointment. Travel beyond 10 miles is quoted separately and agreed before dispatch. Times are local Central Time. One mobile rate applies based on appointment time. Mobile service is subject to appointment and location availability; notarial-act fees and applicable facility surcharges are separate.

Hospital notary visit

We’ll coordinate the visit around facility access and the signer’s availability. Confirm the documents and any required witnesses before scheduling.
Nursing home notary visit

Facility-visit surcharge per appointment, in addition to travel and notarial-act fees.
Patient, respectful service for residents. Coordinate with the facility and confirm the signer’s identification and appointment readiness in advance.
Jail notary visit

Facility-visit surcharge per appointment, in addition to travel and notarial-act fees.
Appointments require advance confirmation of the facility’s entry, document, identification, and visitation procedures. Access is subject to facility approval.
Know your total before the visit. Total = the applicable mobile travel fee + the surcharge for the facility visited + the applicable Texas notarial-act fees. Only one location surcharge applies per appointment. Trips beyond the included 10 miles require an advance travel quote. Facility access, availability, and the requirements for completing the notarial act must be confirmed; a visit does not guarantee a completed notarization. Any additional services or charges must be quoted and agreed in advance.

Are mobile fees included in the notary fee?
No. Notarial-act fees, the applicable mobile travel fee, and any facility-visit surcharge are separate. Mobile rates include up to 10 one-way driving miles from our Seagoville location; longer trips need an advance quote. Confirm your itemized total before proceeding.
Should I sign my document before the appointment?
Ask us before signing. Requirements depend on the notarial act and document. If the document requires you to sign in the notary’s presence, wait until the appointment.
Can you choose a certificate or provide legal advice?
A notary does not choose your legal document or provide legal advice. If you are unsure what notarization is required, ask the receiving party, document preparer, or an attorney before the appointment.
Do you offer remote notarization now?
Remote Notary coming in 2027. Current appointments are for in-person service, including mobile visits by arrangement.
Are after-hours and late-night appointments guaranteed?
No. The rate schedule lists the applicable charge when a mobile appointment is available in that time band. Confirm availability and location with us before making plans.
